I’m from Arkansas and had to make an emergency trip to Ohio after my brother was involved in a near-fatal accident. This is my first time visiting Ohio, and honestly, we hadn’t had the best experiences since arriving. The other night around 7, we left the hospital to get my brother some coffee after finding everything there closed, and we happened to come across your coffee shop. From the moment we walked in, your staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even without knowing anything about what we were going through. Then, a gentleman unexpectedly blessed us by paying for our order. That small act of kindness, along with the warmth from your staff, meant more to us than I can explain. In the middle of such a stressful and emotional time, your coffee shop gave us a moment of comfort and reminded us that there are still genuinely good people in the world. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality — we will never forget it. The only coffee shop we will use when we come back ❤️❤️❤️

My fav shop as a local! Angel Falls is comfortable. Easy to chat with a stranger or lock in and get work done. Plenty of food options and delicious, in-house roasted coffee. The cute cozy vibes, friendly staff, and good tunes are all just icing on the cake!

One of my favorite study spots in the Greater Cleveland area! There's plenty of tables to set up a computer and study, there's comfortable sofa chairs, and the decor is pretty cool too. The seasonal lattes are always really interesting and the different deserts are super tasty. And there's always cold sandwiches available when in a pinch. Here's my Coco Rosie Latte and Chocolate Cake from today!

Such a cute little shop!! I love the prices, my muffin, the drink, the decor! I just tried it for the first time and I'm so impressed that they seem to offer things at decent prices when a lot of their ingredients are sourced naturally. The only thing I'd want to give other people a heads up about is that several people had video/phone meetings and talked pretty loudly. I plan to come back, but maybe to hang with a friend instead of to get focused work done.

I am pity about what i gonna say but i think i should be honest as a coffee person who fell in love with this place as soon as i walked in. atmosphere is so nice, wooden decor， simple but vintage. this is a rare find place that stays open until 9pm, such a warm heart of downtown akron. various pastries and fancy menu (i really love),nice baristas who seem to be friends with many customers. that is why i felt so sad when i suddenly realized that my pistachio cake went sour. nevertheless,the cake problem was solved quickly and i was quite satisfied with both the result and attitude. rose garden latte is great. But I think the microfoam on this cappuccino wasn't properly aerated. i think it was a little too dry and bubbly, which caused it to sit on top instead of merging with the liquid. i still recommend this place cuz i believe those were small mistakes happened occasionally. but have to say i was disappointed cuz i had been really looking forward to this visit🥺
